What are these built in?

These are built in online whiteboard / design tool FigJam. You'll have to create a free account to use it and access the file.

So why FigJam?

Unless you're using some type of plugins, Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW kinda suck for make diagrams and flow charts like these. You end up manually moving all the connectors around manually and waste a ton of time.

FigJam was purpose built for diagramming and brainstorming. And you'll be able to pick it up quickly. A lot of the same keyboard shortcuts from Adobe or Corel are in there and it's much easier to learn.

FigJam is super easy to use and has a Free Starter Plan. So you won't be out any additional $$$.

You can also export to PNG, PDF, or SVG (if you need editable vector).

Who am I?

I'm Bryant Gillespie.

Formerly Bryant from shopVOX. Now Bryant from Better Sign Shop.

I spent 7 years working at shopVOX. I was the Head of Customer Success during the majority of that time. I've worked directly with ~300-500 shop owners and managers in that time.

Not really the claim to fame I dreamt of as a kid but it's fair to say I'm likely one of world's foremost experts on using shopVOX to manage your sign or print shop.

At shopVOX, my team was directly responsible for helping customers implement shopVOX and make the system work for them. I also created the majority of all the training videos and content you've seen.

I'm no longer with shopVOX but I still believe it can be a great tool to help you build a better sign shop. I still know way more about shopVOX than anybody ever should 😆 and I'd love to still share that knowledge with you.
